Trust Pilot Review ~ My Experience Of File World
Listened to my objections to an automatic payment taken out of my account of €39.95/£34.81 when I purchased a file of €0.52. I wasn’t aware that I signed up ~ either based on not reading the small print or the company being sneaky and greedy.. But I understand because we all need money in this world and being sneaky sometimes helps get you somewhere especially in the business world.
“When you registered, you signed up for a 48-hour trial at the rate of €0.60. After this trial period, without any cancellation on your part, a monthly subscription at €39,95 is automatically activated, as per our terms of service.” ~ Stated in email when asked for refund. Maybe it was my ignorance but still I wasn’t aware of it.
Happy I was listened to and was re-paid the amount of £34.70/€39.91 which is €0.04 off but that’s okay. My gift to you is €0.04. Thank you!!! ❤️❤️
